Urbanonlinestore has set out with the mission to improve the quality of outdoor furniture in the UK. We want to showcase modern, beautifully designed and robustly manufactured items. Items we’ve fallen in love with, lived with, and recommended. Items which compliment and reflect the values and design aesthetics of the Urbanroofgardens brand. And just as we do in our work with clients in Urbanroofgardens, so the Urbanonlinestore sets out to surprise, delight, enchant and inspire. And to reduce complexity. Our range is small and carefully selected. The pieces work individually or in unison. This is a boutique, not an emporium. An experience, not an expedition.

A few of the items we sell here are available for immediate purchase and delivered within a day or two – these are marked as “In-stock” items. But the bulk of our items are “Bespoke items” – manufactured to order, and delivered within a estimated period. We have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to see what the products look like, and what options you have. We’ve given detailed descriptions, and you can see other products in the Collection which may be complimentary. We’ve also given you information about the designers and the manufacturers, so you can understand the narrative of the design and values of the production. If there is a product you require which is not currently showcased in our store, please call or email us. Our interior design team will always try to source the item for you.
Ordering Your Goods
Once you’ve decided what to buy, and made your choices of the options available, you place them in your SHOPPING BASKET. When you have finished shopping, simply proceed to CHECKOUT to pay for your goods and arrange delivery. Most of the items we sell are Bespoke items and are only manufactured upon order – we try to give as accurate a delivery time for these Bespoke items as possible but these delivery times are subject to variation due to many factors beyond our control. You will receive a confirmation of your order by email, and we will keep you informed with progress until your order is delivered. Please check the dimensions of the delivery address for access (including doors, corridors, stairs and corners), as well as the proposed location, before you order large pieces of furniture to ensure that the product is the right size for your needs, and to enable us to deliver your order successfully.
All our prices on this website include VAT and FREE delivery in the UK. We accept payment through most credit and debit cards through our Payment Processing Partner PayPal. Payments will appear on your credit or debit card statements with the reference “WA-GLOBAL”. We also accept BACS and CHAPS payments – please call us for our bank details. Your chosen payment method will be charged with the whole amount of the order when the order is created. All product prices are shown in UK pounds sterling. If you are ordering outside the UK, your payment card company will perform any currency conversion. We will send you a VAT invoice once your item is delivered.
Amending Your Order
As most of the items we sell are Bespoke and manufactured specially to order, once manufacture has commenced, it is not possible to amend an order. However, if the item is either In-stock (ie it is not a Bespoke item) or manufacture has yet to commence, you can amend your order. Please call or email us as described in the CONTACT section.

Registering Your Details
Registering your details with us enables us not only to collect the information we need to process your order and arrange delivery, but will also improve your experience of our online store the next time you visit – whether to check the progress of your order, or to shop for something else. We will not abuse your details, nor divulge them to anyone – please see our section on PRIVACY for further information.

Any contract for purchases made through this website will be with URG (Onlinestore) Ltd (‘Urbanonlinestore’ above) and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
